With the chaos that was created by Covid, Hollie decided to expand her horizons and become a personal trainer, along with her many other wonderful qualities and skills. I of course said, “sign me up!” I am a bit past the hot flash stage, but I have not been training for a while and needed a gentler approach to return to triathlon. Hollie made up a weekly schedule for me, gave me stretches to break up my day at the desk and supplied me with workouts for my lack of pool availability. I have conversed with Hollie on a daily basis and was always met with a gentle but persuasive approach to training that I needed to get me back into the training mode. I highly recommend Hollie for all your training needs. Whether you are a seasoned athlete, just getting back to training, or have never trained before, she is an excellent choice!

Coach Hollie is incredible! It doesn’t matter if you are new to exercise or a marathoner, Hollie will take the time to design a training plan that fits your needs. Her positive approach to fitness will keep you motivated to reach your fitness goals and improve your overall health. Having a virtual coach is wonderful. She uploads my training plan on an easy to use fitness app. Hollie is always there for me, answering any questions (no matter how small) and providing me support, encouragement, knowledge, and motivation. Life can be crazy but with the support of Hot Flash Training I know I’m taking care of myself to be my best and to achieve my goals and more! I’m ready to get strong and happy in 2021!
